Biography
Giota Lydia began recording in the 1950s. Her singing is associated with laiko, rebetiko and the musical traditions of Asia Minor. She interpreted songs by composers including Vasilis Tsitsanis and Apostolos Kaldaras, among them Zaira and Sy mou haraxes poreia.
